This policy explains what Jen Keene collects when you use this site, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Who this is about
This site is operated by Jennifer Keene, a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona (license SA550665000) with eXp Realty Luxury. When this page says I or me, it means Jennifer Keene.
eXp Realty is my brokerage and has its own privacy policy covering brokerage business. This page covers this website.
Last updated 30 September 2026. If any of this changes, I update this page and change that date.
Ask me about your information
What I collect
Only two kinds of information, and you can see both.
What you type into a form. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write in a message box. Nothing is collected from a form you do not submit.
How you arrived. If you clicked an advertisement or a link, your inquiry carries the campaign tags from that link and the name of the site you came from. That records which advertisement worked. It does not record what you searched for, and it does not record the full address of the page you came from, on purpose.
I do not buy information about you from anyone, and I do not combine what you give me with data from other sources.
What I do not do
Some of this is unusual enough to state outright.
There is no advertising pixel on this site. No Facebook pixel, no Google tag. If that changes, this page changes with it before the tag goes live.
There is no analytics tracking. Nothing follows you from page to page building a profile.
I do not sell your information. Not to lenders, not to other agents, not to anyone. I have never done it and I am not going to start.
Your name and email are never put into an advertising system. Some agents send customer lists to Facebook and Google so they can be matched to accounts. That is your information, and a slightly better advertising report does not buy the right to hand it over.
Who receives what you send
Four companies are involved in this site working, and it is fair that you know which.
GoHighLevel is my contact and follow-up system. When you submit a form, your details are written there so I can follow up. It is where your information lives.
Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host it keeps standard server records of requests, which include IP addresses.
Microsoft Clarity shows me how people use this site: where they click, how far they scroll, and a replay of the visit as a moving diagram of the page. It is how I find out which parts of a page people give up on. It does not tell me who you are, and anything you type is hidden from the replay before it reaches me. Microsoft keeps those recordings for 90 days and then deletes them.
My email and phone provider carry any message I send you.
Each is a service provider handling information on my behalf under its own standard terms. I am still responsible for your information even though someone else stores it.
Text messages and phone calls
If you tick the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from me at the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying or selling a home with me, and unticking that box does not stop me answering your inquiry.
If you give a phone number, I may call you about your inquiry. If you would rather I only emailed, say so and I will.
How long I keep it, and how to have it deleted
I keep your contact details for as long as you are a client or might become one. Real estate has a long memory: someone who inquires this year often buys in three years, and a past client may want their agent again a decade later.
You can ask me to delete you at any time, for any reason, and I will. Email Jen@Jen-Keene.com or call (480) 203-6605. You do not have to explain why, and it does not have to be a formal request.
You can also ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to stop contacting you while keeping your file. Same address, same phone number.
Children, and California residents
This site is for adults buying and selling homes. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted a form, tell me and I will delete it.
If you live in California, you have rights over your information under California law, including the right to know what is held and to have it deleted. Everything in the section above applies to you, and there is no separate process to go through. The same email address works.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will you sell or share my information with other agents or lenders?
No. Your information goes into my own contact system so I can follow up with you, and nowhere else. I do not sell it, trade it, or pass it to lenders or other agents.
How do I get off your list?
Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or email Jen@Jen-Keene.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason. If you want your information deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, say so and I will delete it.
Are you tracking me around the internet?
No. There is no advertising pixel and no analytics on this site. The only thing recorded is which advertisement or link brought you here, so I know which advertising works. If I ever add a tracking tag, this page gets updated before it goes live.
